Every Fivian order is handcrafted fresh in small batches, so please order at least 2 days in advance.
We currently deliver within Kolkata. Delivery charges depend on your area and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Chocolates are sensitive to heat, so we pack with care and time every delivery to keep your order in perfect shape.
Because our products are fresh, handmade food items, we cannot accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Orders can be changed or cancelled on WhatsApp before we start preparing them.
We only collect what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number and delivery address, shared with us on WhatsApp.
Your cart is stored only in your own browser. We never sell your information. To have your details deleted, message us on WhatsApp.
